What is Your Refund Policy? 

Our Refund Policy varies depending upon grade level and curriculum chosen, so please be sure to read the appropriate section prior to registering.   We understand that choosing the right school for your child takes time and careful consideration.

                                                              Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable.
       Portfolio Review Fee's are Non-Refundable but we will give you a transcript to reflect official credit for the program of study.
                                    We begin portfolio reviews immediately in order to not delay the students academic program.
                                                                  Umbrella Program 1,2, and 3 Tuition: non-refundable.

QUICK TIPS: To Cancel Enrollment:  Call or E-mail to notify within 14 days of receiving curriculum and return all materials.  Materials 
                   must be post dated within the 14 day period and must be received prior to the 30 day period for refund to be granted.  
                    After 30 days:  We can no longer cancel your enrollment.  We must have an up-to date attendance record for you child                   
                    for this time period. You must officially withdraw your student.  See "Withdrawal Information"
                   

                                                                                  CURRICULUM BASED PROGRAMS

PRE-K to 1 Once you receive your curriculum you have 14 days to return it.   All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when they arrived -- this means that all kits, learning toys, workbooks, and materials must be in their original packaging and must be UNOPENED.  Most booklets will not be sealed, which means you will be able to go over most of the material.  As long as the package(s) are post dated within the initial 14 day period and everything is intact you will receive a full refund minus registration, shipping charges, portfolio review charges, and a $50.00 curriculum planning fee.    PLEASE LOOK OVER THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW/CURRICULUM SAMPLES PRIOR to registering.   Ask any and all questions prior to registering to make sure that our school is a good fit for you.   


  (Pre-K Example:  If you paid $350.00 + $15.00 for registration and shipping cost was $25, your refund amount will be $275.00)
     
If you DO NOT call to cancel your enrollment, or if you do not send back the complete unused package you received within the alloted time period, you must formally withdraw your student (See withdrawal procedures).  You may still return the package within 30 days to receive a refund for half of your tuition.  If any materials are missing, opened, written on, or broken, charges to cover their replacement will be reduced from your refund amount.   After 45 days, no refund will be granted.

2nd-3Grade:       Once you receive your curriculum you have 14 days to return it.   All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when they arrived -- this means that all kits, learning toys, workbooks, and materials must be in their original packaging and must be UNOPENED.  Most booklets will not be sealed, which means you will be able to go over most of the material.  As long as the package(s) are post dated within the initial 14 day period and everything is intact you will receive a full refund minus any assessment fee's, portfolio review fee's, $100.00 curriculum planning fee, registration fee's, and shipping charges. PLEASE LOOK OVER THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW/CURRICULUM SAMPLES PRIOR to registering.   Ask any and all questions prior to registering to make sure that our school is a good fit for you.   

          (Example If you paid $1000 Tuition:  -100 Curriculum planning fee, - $35 shipping, you refund amount will be $865)

4th-8th Grade:  Once you receive your curriculum you have 14 days to return it.   All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when they arrived -- this means that all kits, learning toys, workbooks, and materials must be in their original packaging and must be UNOPENED.  Most booklets will not be sealed, which means you will be able to go over most of the material.  As long as the package(s) are post dated within the initial 14 day period and everything is intact you will receive a full refund minus any assessment fee's, portfolio review fee's, $300.00 curriculum planning fee, registration fee's, and shipping charges. PLEASE LOOK OVER THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW/CURRICULUM SAMPLES PRIOR to registering.   Ask any and all questions prior to registering to make sure that our school is a good fit for you.   

             (Example: If you paid $1500 +45 Registration Fee and shipping costs $50, your refund amount will be $1195)


                                                           IMPORTANT NOTE ON PORTFOLIO REVIEWS FOR 4th-8th Grade 
 If you enrolled your student and requested portfolio reviews but cancel during the 14 day materials period, the portfolio review fee's will be charged at the non-student price of $300.00 -  The $150 dollar charge is a discounted rate for currently enrolled students only!  

If you DO NOT call to cancel your enrollment, or if you do not send back the complete unused package you received within the alloted time period, you must formally withdraw your student. (See withdrawal procedures)  You may still return the package within 30 days to receive a refund for half  of your tuition.  If any materials are missing, opened, written on, or broken, charges to cover their replacement will be reduced from your refund amount.

                                                      High School Level Students in the 9th through 12th Grade Programs

Once you receive your curriculum you have 14 days to return it.   All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when they arrived -- this means that all kits, learning tools, workbooks, and materials must be in their original packaging and must be UNOPENED.  Most booklets will not be sealed, which means you will be able to go over most of the material.  As long as the package(s) are post dated within the initial 14 day period and everything is intact you will receive a full refund minus any assessment fee's, portfolio review fee's, $500.00 curriculum planning fee, registration fee's, and shipping charges. PLEASE LOOK OVER THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW/CURRICULUM SAMPLES PRIOR to registering.   Ask any and all questions prior to registering to make sure that our school is a good fit for you.   

Custom curriculum planning for High School Students is complex and requires the utmost attention in order to fit individual needs and graduation requirements.  

      (Example:  If you paid $3800 Tuition +$75 Registration Fee and shipping cost $100.00- Your refund amount will be $3200)
       
College Prep Program:  The same refund policy applies. 
     
       (Example:  If you paid $6500 +$75 Registration Fee and shipping cost $100.00 - Your refund amount will be $5900)

                                           ADDITIONAL COURSES THAT WERE PAID FOR SEPARATELY
   You may return unused, unopened course material packages within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. 
             If course is opened, used, or not returned within the alloted (30 day) time period, no refund will be awarded.  


If your additional courses are online, they are paid for upfront by the school and no refund is possible unless otherwise specified in the course description.   Some courses, like the foreign language course, are not reusable because they require separate "key" purchases, thus they are non refundable unless otherwise noted in the program policy.  Please review full course descriptions when purchasing additional courses.
